These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of ClosingDesk ("the App"), developed by LynxApps ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use ClosingDesk on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App.
ClosingDesk offers the following Pro plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Prices are in USD and may vary by region. All purchases are final; refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
The free tier includes up to 3 active deals, up to 10 expenses per calendar month, report previews, and local-only storage. Export (PDF/CSV), iCloud sync, and widgets require a Pro subscription.
ClosingDesk is a record-keeping and calculation tool for your own reference. Commission calculations, expense totals, mileage deductions, and tax summary figures are estimates based on data you enter. They do not constitute financial, legal, or tax advice. Consult a qualified tax professional for advice about your specific situation.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into ClosingDesk. We do not access, collect, or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter into ClosingDesk. We are not liable for errors resulting from incorrect input, including but not limited to incorrect sale prices, commission rates, or expense amounts.
You agree not to use ClosingDesk for any unlawful purpose, including misrepresenting financial data, circumventing app features, or attempting to reverse-engineer the App.
ClosingDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynxApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of ClosingDesk, including loss of data or business income, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use ClosingDesk at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at /closingdesk/terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LynxApps operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
