ClosingDesk is built on a simple principle: your business data is yours. We do not collect, sell, or share your personal or financial information.

We collect no personal data. ClosingDesk stores all information you enter — deals, commissions, expenses, mileage trips, receipt photos, and settings — exclusively on your device using SwiftData.
If you enable iCloud sync in Settings, your data is synced end-to-end via Apple's CloudKit infrastructure. LynxApps has no access to your iCloud data.
ClosingDesk uses Firebase (Google) for anonymous crash reporting and app stability analytics. This may include device type, iOS version, and crash stack traces. No deal data, commission figures, names, addresses, or financial information is ever included in these reports.
Firebase data is governed by Google's Privacy Policy.
Photos you attach to expense records are stored locally on your device in JPEG format. They are not uploaded to any LynxApps server. If iCloud sync is enabled, they sync via CloudKit under your Apple ID.
Purchases are processed entirely by Apple via StoreKit 2. LynxApps does not receive or store your payment information. Purchase receipts are validated on-device. Subscription management is handled through your Apple ID in the App Store.
iCloud sync is disabled by default. When enabled, your SwiftData store syncs via Apple's CloudKit container iCloud.com.lynxapps.closingdesk. This sync is governed by Apple's iCloud Terms and Privacy Policy. You can disable sync at any time in ClosingDesk's Settings, though a restart is required for the change to take effect.
ClosingDesk's app lock uses Apple's LocalAuthentication framework. Biometric data never leaves your device and is never accessible to LynxApps.
Widgets display a snapshot of your YTD income and goal progress. This snapshot is stored in a shared App Group container on your device (group.com.lynxapps.closingdesk) and is never transmitted to any server.
All your data is deleted when you uninstall ClosingDesk. If iCloud sync is enabled, you can delete the CloudKit data separately via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → iCloud → Manage Account Storage. There is no account to delete on our side because we hold no data.
ClosingDesk is designed for professional real estate agents and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
We may update this policy if ClosingDesk's data practices change. The latest version is always available at /closingdesk/privacy. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance.
