Please read these terms before using RenewalDesk. By downloading or using the app you agree to be bound by them.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of RenewalDesk ("the App"), developed by LynxApps ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use RenewalDesk on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App.
RenewalDesk offers the following Pro plans:
Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Prices are in USD and may vary by region. All purchases are final; refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
The free tier allows up to 25 policies, a 3-month commission forecast, renewal reminders, and local-only storage. Unlimited policies, 12-month forecast, iCloud sync, PDF/CSV export, and widgets require a Pro subscription.
RenewalDesk is a record-keeping and tracking tool for your own reference. Commission estimates, renewal timelines, and any figures displayed are based solely on data you enter. They do not constitute financial, legal, compliance, or insurance advice. Consult appropriate professionals regarding your specific obligations.
If you grant RenewalDesk access to your iOS Contacts, data is used solely to prefill client forms within the App. Contact data is never transmitted to any server. You can revoke Contacts permission at any time in iPhone Settings.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into RenewalDesk. We do not access, collect, or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter, including policy dates, premium amounts, and commission rates. LynxApps is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect input or missed renewals.
You agree not to use RenewalDesk for any unlawful purpose, including misrepresenting client or policy data, circumventing app features, or attempting to reverse-engineer the App.
RenewalDesk is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that renewal reminders will always fire as scheduled. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynxApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of RenewalDesk, including loss of data, missed renewals, or lost commissions, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use RenewalDesk at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at /renewaldesk/terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LynxApps operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
