RenewalDesk is a book-of-business renewal tracker for independent insurance agents. It helps you manage clients and policies, stay on top of upcoming expirations with 30/60/90-day pipelines, forecast commissions, and export branded reports — all privately on your device.
Your dashboard groups policies into urgency buckets: expiring in 30, 60, or 90 days, plus an expired bucket. Each morning you can see exactly which clients to call. When you mark a policy renewed, RenewalDesk logs the action and automatically creates a fresh active policy rolled forward by the previous term length.
Expected commission = annual premium x commission rate. Enter the premium and rate on each policy — RenewalDesk does the math. The 12-month forecast chart (Pro) sums expected commissions by month across your entire book.
The free tier lets you track up to 25 policies, view a 3-month commission forecast, receive renewal reminders, and manage unlimited clients and carriers. Unlimited policies, 12-month forecast, iCloud sync, PDF/CSV export, and widgets require Pro.

RenewalDesk schedules local notifications at configurable day offsets before each policy's expiration date — by default 90, 60, 30, 14, and 7 days before, sent at 9 AM. You also get a morning digest. Customize timing in Settings → Renewal Reminders. Notifications are built on-device and never pass through a LynxApps server.
Yes. Tap the + menu in the Clients tab and choose "Import from Contacts." RenewalDesk prefills the client form with the contact's name and phone number. If you deny Contacts permission, you can add clients manually or grant permission later in iPhone Settings.
Yes, with a Pro subscription and iCloud sync enabled in Settings. Sync uses Apple's CloudKit and is disabled by default. The sync toggle takes effect on the next app launch. Your data is encrypted end-to-end and never accessible to LynxApps.
Your client, policy, and carrier data stays on your device. RenewalDesk uses Firebase for anonymous crash and usage analytics only — no client names, policy details, or premium figures are ever included. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
Pro subscribers can export a branded PDF report and a CSV data file from the Reports tab via the share sheet.
Open iPhone Settings → tap your name → Subscriptions → RenewalDesk → Cancel Subscription. Your Pro access continues until the end of the current billing period.
Tap the Pro upgrade button inside RenewalDesk, then tap Restore Purchases. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID used for the original purchase.
