1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using InspectKit Site Reports Pro ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this App for your personal or business inspection purposes on Apple devices you own.

You may: use the App to conduct and document inspections, generate reports, capture and annotate photos, create custom templates, and synchronize data via iCloud.

You may not: reproduce or distribute the App, reverse-engineer or decompile it, create derivative works, use it for commercial purposes beyond your own inspections, attempt unauthorized access, remove proprietary notices, use the App in violation of laws.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App is owned by LynxApps and protected by copyright. You retain all rights to inspection data, photos, and reports you create. We retain all rights to the App itself and its templates.

4. User Accounts and Data

4.1 Apple ID

The App integrates with your Apple ID for subscriptions and purchases. You are responsible for maintaining Apple ID confidentiality.

4.2 Your Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your inspection data. You grant us permission to store, process, and synchronize data as needed to provide App functionality. You own all inspection data, photos, and reports you create.

4.3 Data Backups

We do not maintain centralized backups. iCloud sync is your backup mechanism. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Free Tier

• Maximum 1 inspection
• 1 report generation
• No iCloud sync
• No custom branding

5.2 Pro Subscriptions

• Monthly: $2.99/month (auto-renews)
• Annual: $24.99/year (auto-renews, 30% savings)
• Lifetime: $39.99 one-time (no renewal)

All Pro plans include: unlimited inspections, unlimited reports, custom branding, iCloud sync, all templates, and priority support.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Auto-renewing subscriptions charge at the beginning of each billing period.

5.4 Cancellation

Cancel anytime in Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Lifetime purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store Refund Policy. We do not issue refunds directly.

6. Professional Responsibility

InspectKit is a documentation tool. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the quality and accuracy of your inspections
• You must comply with all professional licensing requirements in your jurisdiction
• You are responsible for maintaining professional liability insurance
• InspectKit is not liable for errors, omissions, or negligence in your inspections
• You must comply with all industry standards and regulations

7. User-Generated Content

7.1 Your Ownership

You retain all rights to inspection data, photos, and reports you create.

7.2 Privacy of Your Content

InspectKit will not share your inspection data with third parties except when required by law, with your explicit consent, or to comply with court orders.

7.3 No Endorsement

InspectKit does not endorse or verify the accuracy of any user-generated inspection reports.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, suitable for your purposes, completely secure, or that calculations will be 100% accurate.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the subscription in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Third-Party Services

9.1 Apple Services

The App relies on Apple's App Store, iCloud, and other Apple services governed by Apple's terms. We are not responsible for Apple's services.

9.2 Compliance

You are responsible for complying with all applicable laws, regulations, and industry standards in your jurisdiction.

10. Termination

10.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it and canceling subscriptions.

10.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, or misuse the App.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.
