Please read these terms carefully. By downloading or using Receipt Digitizer, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
1. License
LynxApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Receipt Digitizer for your personal, non-commercial use. Commercial use, modification, reverse engineering, and redistribution are prohibited.
2. Your Data & Privacy
- No account registration is required to use the App.
- Your receipt data is stored locally on your device only.
- You retain full ownership of your data.
- Firebase Analytics collects anonymous usage information to help improve the App.
- We aim to comply with GDPR and CCPA. See our Privacy Policy for details.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Receipt Digitizer for any of the following:
- Any illegal purpose or in violation of applicable laws
- Transmitting malware or harmful code
- Harassment or harming others
- Infringing intellectual property rights
- Reverse engineering or attempting to extract source code
- Developing a competing product
4. OCR Accuracy Disclaimer
OCR accuracy is not guaranteed. Receipt Digitizer uses optical character recognition to extract information from receipts, but results may not always be accurate. You must verify all extracted information yourself before relying on it for taxes, accounting, reimbursement, or any other purpose.
5. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that OCR results will be accurate or complete.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the past 12 months, or USD $100 if you used the free version. We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages, or for any data loss.
7. Subscriptions & Billing
- Optional auto-renewing subscriptions are available for Pro features.
- Free trials, where offered, automatically convert to paid subscriptions unless canceled before the trial ends.
- Manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in iOS Settings → your Apple ID → Subscriptions.
- Refunds are handled by the Apple App Store in accordance with Apple's policies.
- Pricing is subject to change with advance notice.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. You can delete the App from your device whenever you wish. We may terminate or suspend your access for violations of these Terms or harmful use.
9. Dispute Resolution
Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Pakistan under the laws of Pakistan. You waive the right to participate in class actions. Claims must be filed within one year of the event giving rise to the claim.
10. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date above will reflect changes.
