1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of InspectKit for Android ("App"), developed by LynxApps ("we," "us," "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms.

2. License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Android devices you own or control, for your personal or business inspection purposes, subject to these Terms and Google Play's Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App.

3. Subscriptions and In-App Purchases

InspectKit offers the following Pro options:

• Pro Monthly: $2.99 USD per month, auto-renewing
• Pro Annual: $24.99 USD per year, auto-renewing
• Pro Lifetime: $39.99 USD one-time purchase, no subscription, no renewal

Prices may vary by region and are shown in Google Play. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel subscriptions in the Google Play Store under Payments & subscriptions. All purchases are processed by Google Play Billing, and refunds are governed by Google Play's refund policy.

4. Free Tier and Pro Features

Free tier includes: 1 inspection, 1 report, photo findings, finding severity, all 19 built-in templates, custom templates, and 5-language support.

Pro unlocks: unlimited inspections, unlimited watermark-free reports, and custom branding (logo, signature, and footer).

The free tier limits are counted cumulatively, so deleting a free report does not reset the limit. Features not listed above as Pro-gated are available to all users.

5. Video and Photo Content

Photos and other content you attach to findings are stored on your device. LynxApps does not upload, store, or access them.

6. Professional Responsibility

InspectKit is a documentation and reporting tool. You acknowledge that:

• You are solely responsible for the quality, accuracy, and completeness of your inspections
• You must comply with all professional licensing requirements in your jurisdiction
• InspectKit reports are generated from data you enter and are not independently verified
• LynxApps is not liable for errors, omissions, or negligence in your inspections or reports

7. Your Data

You retain full ownership of all inspection data, photos, and reports you create. LynxApps does not access, collect, upload, or sell your inspection content. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data permanently. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Intellectual Property

The App, including its built-in templates, design, and code, is owned by LynxApps and protected by copyright. You retain all rights to the inspection data, photos, and reports you create. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the App or its built-in templates.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use InspectKit for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent purchase enforcement, or reverse-engineer the App.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

InspectKit is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular professional purpose or jurisdiction. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reports will meet all regulatory requirements in your jurisdiction, or that the App will work on every device or Android version. Your use of the App is at your own risk.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynxApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of InspectKit, including reliance on any report produced by the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months preceding the claim.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your license to use InspectKit at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App. You may stop using the App at any time by uninstalling it and cancelling any active subscriptions.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at /inspectkit-android/terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LynxApps operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
