Your subscription data never leaves your device. All tracking, analytics, and categorization happens entirely on your device. We do not collect, upload, transmit, or sell your subscription information.

LynxApps ("we," "us," "our") operates the SubGuard application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use the App. We are committed to protecting your privacy — your subscription data is processed only on your device using local storage.

The App stores subscription information including service names, costs, renewal dates, categories, and billing frequency to provide tracking and analytics features.

Important: All processing and storage happens locally on your device using SwiftData. Your subscription information is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored on our servers.

Payment Information

All in-app purchases (Remove Ads) are processed through Apple's App Store. We do not collect or store payment card information. We receive only purchase confirmation and receipt information.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, and will promptly delete such information if discovered.

9. Cloud Sync & iCloud

SubGuard v1 uses local-only storage (SwiftData). Cloud sync via iCloud/CloudKit is not currently supported and is intentionally deferred for future updates. If this feature is added, we will update this policy and notify users.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We'll reflect changes by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
