These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of PropertyNest ("the App"), developed by LynxApps ("we", "us", "our"). By downloading, installing, or using the App you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use PropertyNest on Apple devices you own or control, subject to these Terms and Apple's App Store Terms of Service. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, sublicense, sell, or redistribute the App.
PropertyNest offers the following Premium plans:
Free trials convert to paid subscriptions at the end of the trial period unless cancelled beforehand. Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Manage or cancel subscriptions via iPhone Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions. Prices are in USD and may vary by region. All purchases are final; refunds are governed by Apple's refund policy.
The free tier allows: 1 property, up to 8 rooms per property, up to 20 assets per property, up to 3 documents per asset, and up to 5 active reminders. Maintenance history, OCR document scanning, search, and timeline view are available on the free tier. Unlimited properties, unlimited rooms, assets, and documents, Property Passport PDF export, iCloud sync, advanced features, and an ad-free experience require a Premium subscription.
PropertyNest is a personal record-keeping tool. It does not constitute legal, financial, insurance, structural, or professional property advice of any kind. Information you record in the App is for your personal reference only. Consult qualified professionals for guidance on property valuations, insurance coverage, legal obligations, and compliance matters.
You are responsible for the accuracy of all data you enter, including asset details, maintenance dates, document contents, and financial figures. LynxApps is not liable for errors resulting from incorrect input or reliance on figures or records displayed by the App.
You retain full ownership of all data you enter into PropertyNest. We do not access, collect, or sell your data. See our Privacy Policy for full details. You are responsible for maintaining backups of your data. Deleting the App removes all locally stored data permanently.
The OCR scanning feature uses Apple's Vision framework to extract text from documents entirely on your device. We make no guarantee of accuracy for OCR-extracted text. You should verify extracted information before relying on it. We are not responsible for errors in scanned or extracted content.
PropertyNest can deliver maintenance reminders via iOS notifications. We do not guarantee delivery of notifications -- iOS system behaviour, device settings, and Do Not Disturb mode may affect notification delivery. You are responsible for ensuring your property maintenance is completed on time regardless of whether a notification was received.
The free tier displays banner advertisements via Google AdMob. By using the free tier you consent to the display of ads. Premium subscribers are not shown ads. Ad content is served by Google and is subject to Google's policies.
You agree not to use PropertyNest for any unlawful purpose, attempt to circumvent subscription enforcement, attempt to reverse-engineer the App, or use it in any way that violates applicable law.
PropertyNest is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Your use of the App is at your own risk.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynxApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of PropertyNest, including loss of data, missed maintenance tasks, or reliance on records stored in the App, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
We may terminate or suspend your license to use PropertyNest at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, you must delete all copies of the App.
We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available at /propertynest/terms. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which LynxApps operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
