Terms of Service

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use PillVault. By using the App, you represent that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to accept these Terms.

2. Nature of the App - Not Medical Advice

3. License

LynxApps grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use PillVault for your personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
• Modify, adapt, or create derivative works
• Rent, lease, sublicense, or redistribute the App
• Attempt unauthorized access to the App or its systems

4. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you enter, including medication names, dosages, and schedules.
• You are responsible for keeping your device updated and secured.
• You should not rely solely on PillVault for critical medication decisions - always follow your healthcare provider's and pharmacist's guidance.

5. Subscriptions & Billing

PillVault: Medication Tracker offers a free version plus Premium options:

• Premium Monthly - auto-renewing subscription, billed monthly
• Premium Yearly - auto-renewing subscription, billed annually
• Lifetime - one-time purchase, no recurring charges

Premium unlocks unlimited medications, an ad-free experience, advanced adherence insights, detailed medication reports, and PDF/CSV exports.

App Store (iOS & iPadOS) billing terms:

• Purchases are processed through Apple's App Store.
• Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel subscriptions anytime in iOS/iPadOS Settings → [Your Name] → Subscriptions → PillVault: Medication Tracker.
• Actual pricing is shown in the app. Prices may vary by region.
• Refunds are handled by Apple in accordance with App Store policies.

6. Data Handling

Your medication data is stored locally on your device and is not transmitted to our servers. Limited anonymous analytics and crash data are collected via third-party services. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Third-Party Services

PillVault uses the following third-party services, each governed by its own terms:

• Google AdMob - advertising in the free version
• Google Firebase - anonymous analytics and crash reporting
• Apple StoreKit - payments and app distribution
• Apple iCloud - optional cross-device sync

8. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, source code, and materials in PillVault are owned by LynxApps. You are granted only the limited personal-use license described above; all other rights are reserved.

9. Disclaimers

PillVault is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not warrant that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that reminders will always be delivered (delivery depends on your device and iOS/iPadOS notification settings).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LynxApps shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total aggregate liability shall not exceed the greater of the amount you paid for the App in the preceding 12 months or USD $100.

11. Termination

You may stop using PillVault at any time by deleting it from your device. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Effective date" above when changes are made.
