What is Orvia?
Orvia is a personal AI executive assistant. Instead of a set of productivity tools you operate, Orvia is an assistant you delegate to — tell it your day in plain language and it plans, schedules, and protects your time.
How do I get started?
- Sign in — Continue with Google, or sign up with email
- Browse the value carousel — a quick 3-slide intro to what Orvia does
- Land on Home — your command center, ready to delegate
- Talk to Orvia — tap the AI orb and tell it what's on your mind
What can I ask Orvia to do?
Orvia is agentic — it takes real actions, not just answers questions. Try things like:
- "Plan my afternoon around the 3pm call and protect two hours for deep work"
- "Draft a task to follow up with the design team"
- "Reschedule everything after the dentist"
- "What did I get done this week?"

Using Focus Sessions
How does Focus protect my attention?
Starting a Focus session raises a lock-screen and notification Live Activity, so your timer and session state stay visible even while your phone is away — helping you stay in deep work without losing track of time.
What happens to my completed focus time?
It flows automatically into Analytics and counts toward any Goals you've linked it to.
Troubleshooting
Orvia isn't responding to my requests+
- Check your internet connection — the AI assistant requires connectivity
- Confirm your Orvia Pro subscription is active in Settings
- Force-quit and reopen the app
- Try rephrasing your request more specifically
My data isn't syncing across devices+
- Ensure you're signed in with the same account on all devices
- Check your internet connection
- Pull down on the Home screen to force a refresh
- Sign out and back in if the issue persists
The Focus Live Activity isn't showing on my lock screen+
- Check Settings → Face ID & Passcode → Live Activities is enabled
- Check Settings → Orvia → Notifications are allowed
- Restart the Focus session
- Restart your device if it still doesn't appear
I can't access the Orvia AI assistant+
The AI assistant is part of Orvia Pro. If you're on the Free plan, opening the assistant shows the Pro paywall. Subscribe (with a 7-day free trial) to unlock it — you'll land straight in the Orvia chat.
Subscription Management
How do I start my free trial?
Tap the AI orb or any Pro feature while on the Free plan, choose Monthly or Yearly, and your 7-day free trial begins immediately. You won't be charged until the trial ends.
How do I cancel my subscription?
- Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- Tap your name at the top
- Select "Subscriptions"
- Find "Orvia"
- Tap "Cancel Subscription" — do this at least 24 hours before your trial ends to avoid being charged
Can I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple, not by LynxApps. Contact Apple Support within 14 days of purchase for refund requests.
Account & Data
Can I delete my account?
Yes. Contact us at lynxapps.contact@gmail.com with the subject "Data Deletion Request." We'll delete all data within 7 business days.
Is my data private?
Yes. Your tasks, goals, and calendar data are stored securely via our backend provider, Supabase. We never sell your information, and your data is never used to train shared or third-party AI models.

Is Orvia available on Android?+
Orvia is currently being built for iOS first. Android support may follow — email us to be notified.
Does Orvia work offline?+
Tasks, Focus, and Calendar can be viewed offline, but the Orvia AI assistant and sync require an internet connection.
What does "agentic" mean?+
It means Orvia doesn't just chat — it takes real actions on your data (creating tasks, starting focus sessions, scheduling) when you ask it to, then reports back on what it did.
Will Orvia ever take an action without asking me?+
Consequential actions are confirmed with you first. You stay in control and can always adjust or undo.
What happens if I downgrade from Pro to Free?+
You'll lose access to the AI assistant, advanced analytics, and unlimited goals/focus sessions, but your existing data is preserved.
