Your data powers your assistant, nothing else. Orvia processes your tasks, calendar, and focus data to plan and act on your behalf. We never sell your information, and AI processing exists only to serve you.
1. Introduction
Orvia ("we," "us," "our") operates the Orvia — AI Executive Assistant mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.
2. Information We Collect
Account Information
- Name, email address, and profile information from Google Sign-In or email sign-up
- Authentication tokens managed through our backend provider, Supabase
Productivity Data
- Tasks, goals, focus sessions, and calendar events you create or connect
- Natural-language requests you send to the Orvia AI assistant
- Analytics derived from completed tasks and focus time (e.g. weekly summaries)
Subscription & Payment Information
Orvia Pro purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and managed via RevenueCat. We do not collect or store your payment card information — RevenueCat provides us only purchase status, plan, and renewal information.
Device & Usage Information
- Device model, operating system version, and app version
- Crash reports and basic usage analytics to improve the App
3. How We Use Your Information
- AI assistant functionality: your tasks, calendar, and focus data are sent to our AI processing layer so Orvia can plan, prioritize, and take actions you request (e.g. creating tasks, starting focus sessions)
- Core app functionality: storing and syncing tasks, goals, focus sessions, and calendar data across your devices
- Subscription management: verifying and maintaining your Orvia Pro entitlement
- Service improvement: diagnosing issues and improving reliability
- Communication: account, support, and product updates
We do NOT:
- Sell your personal information or productivity data to third parties
- Use your task or calendar content for advertising
- Share your data with third parties beyond the service providers described below
4. Data Storage and Security
Your account and productivity data are stored on Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider, using encryption in transit and at rest. Focus session state used for the lock-screen Live Activity is managed locally on your device through Apple's ActivityKit and is not transmitted to our servers beyond what's needed to keep your session in sync.
No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. AI Processing
When you message the Orvia assistant, the relevant context (your request, and the task/calendar/focus data needed to act on it) is processed to generate a response and, where you confirm, to take the requested action. We do not use your conversations or productivity data to train shared or third-party models.
7. Your Privacy Rights
- Access, export, or correct your data from within the App
- Delete your account and associated data by contacting us
- Disable specific data sources (e.g. Calendar) at any time in Settings
- Request information about data we process
European Union (GDPR) & California (CCPA)
If you are in the EU or California, you have additional rights including access, deletion, rectification, and data portability. We do not sell personal information. Contact us to exercise these rights.
8. Children's Privacy
The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
9. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above.
