Your data powers your assistant, nothing else. Orvia processes your tasks, calendar, and focus data to plan and act on your behalf. We never sell your information, and AI processing exists only to serve you.

Orvia ("we," "us," "our") operates the Orvia — AI Executive Assistant mobile application ("App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use the App.

Your account and productivity data are stored on Supabase, our backend infrastructure provider, using encryption in transit and at rest. Focus session state used for the lock-screen Live Activity is managed locally on your device through Apple's ActivityKit and is not transmitted to our servers beyond what's needed to keep your session in sync.

No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. AI Processing

When you message the Orvia assistant, the relevant context (your request, and the task/calendar/focus data needed to act on it) is processed to generate a response and, where you confirm, to take the requested action. We do not use your conversations or productivity data to train shared or third-party models.

The App is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
