Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading, installing, or using MicroHabit Physics ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

2. License and Permitted Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use this App for personal, non-commercial purposes on Apple devices you own.

You may: use the App to track habits, synchronize data via iCloud (Premium), create and delete habit records, export or back up data via iCloud.

You may not: reproduce or distribute the App, reverse-engineer or decompile it, create derivative works, use it for commercial purposes, attempt unauthorized access, remove proprietary notices, use the App in violation of laws, click ads fraudulently.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

The App is owned by Lynx Apps and protected by copyright. You retain all rights to habit data you create; we retain all rights to the App itself.

4. User Accounts and Data

4.1 Apple ID

The App integrates with your Apple ID for iCloud sync and purchases. You are responsible for maintaining Apple ID confidentiality.

4.2 Your Data

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your input. You grant us permission to store, process, and synchronize data as needed. Deleting the app does not delete your data.

4.3 Data Backups

We do not maintain centralized backups. iCloud sync is your backup mechanism. You are responsible for maintaining your own backups.

5. Subscription Terms

5.1 Free Tier

• Maximum 5 habits
• 7-day trajectory projection
• No iCloud sync
• No advanced analytics
• Google AdMob ads shown

5.2 Premium Subscriptions

• Monthly: $1.99/month (auto-renews)
• Annual: $14.99/year (auto-renews)
• Lifetime: $29.99 one-time (no renewal)

All Premium plans include: unlimited habits, 30-day projection, iCloud sync, advanced analytics, no ads, Mission Control reports, What-If analysis, advanced widgets.

5.3 Billing

Subscriptions are billed through Apple's App Store. Payment is charged to your Apple ID. Auto-renewing subscriptions charge 24 hours before renewal.

5.4 Cancellation

Cancel anytime in Apple ID settings at least 24 hours before renewal. Cancellation is effective at the end of the billing period. No refunds for partial periods. Lifetime purchases cannot be cancelled or refunded.

5.5 Refunds

Refunds are handled by Apple per their App Store Refund Policy. We do not issue refunds directly.

6. Advertisements & AdMob

6.1 Free-Tier Ads

Free-tier users see Google AdMob ads subject to Google's Ad Serving Terms. These may be personalized based on your interests or non-personalized.

6.2 Premium Removes All Ads

Premium subscribers see no ads and are not tracked by AdMob.

6.3 Prohibited Ad Interactions

You agree not to click ads fraudulently, use bots to generate impressions, or engage in any deceptive ad activity. Violations may result in app termination and liability for damages.

7. Firebase Analytics & Crashlytics

7.1 Data Collection

The App uses Firebase to collect anonymized usage data and crash reports. Your habit content is never sent to Firebase.

7.2 Opt-Out

You can opt out of Analytics in Settings → Privacy & Data. Crash reporting is separate and helps us fix bugs.

8. Limitation of Liability

8.1 Disclaimer

The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties. We do not warrant that the App will be error-free, suitable for your purposes, completely secure, or that calculations will be 100% accurate.

8.2 Limitation of Damages

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid (if any).

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Lynx Apps from claims arising from your use of the App, violation of these Terms, violation of laws, or your data/ad interactions.

10. Third-Party Services

10.1 Apple Services

The App relies on CloudKit, StoreKit, and iCloud governed by Apple's terms. We are not responsible for Apple's services.

10.2 Google Services

The App uses Google Firebase and AdMob governed by Google's Privacy Policy and Terms of Service. We are not responsible for Google's practices.

11. Termination

11.1 Termination by You

You may stop using the App anytime by uninstalling it and canceling subscriptions.

11.2 Termination by Us

We may terminate access if you violate these Terms, engage in illegal activity, misuse the App, or engage in fraudulent ad interactions.

12. Privacy

Your use is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read it carefully.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms anytime. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan.

15. Severability

If any provision is found invalid, that provision is severed and remaining provisions remain in effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms and our Privacy Policy constitute the entire agreement between you and Lynx Apps.
